Susan has been living in Santa Barbara since 1980. Before moving to Santa Barbara, she lived in Hawaii, Guam, and La Jolla.

Susan worked in the hotel industry for the Santa Barbara Biltmore, El Encanto Hotel and Fess Parker’s Hotel. Her extensive experience in the customer service industry has really set the tone for her approach to everything she does, she is all about service.

Susan took a job at Pitts & Bachmann, Realtors® in the late 90’s as the Office Administrator and this is where she began her journey with Nancy Hamilton and subsequently with Michael Calcagno a few years later. Her enthusiasm, her extensive knowledge of real estate, and her love of helping people has made her the absolute best at what she does. Her smile and winning personality are what draw you to her but her efficiency and her ability to make you feel “taken care of” are what will make her unforgettable.

Susan has two daughters, Sasha and Natasha Alana, and is engaged to a local concrete contractor, Jonathan Kenney of KCI.

Susan loves everything having to do with Santa Barbara, real estate, people, and the community. She’d love to meet you and help you with just about anything, and what she can’t help you with, she will make sure to find someone who can, so stop by and meet her and her fabulous team members.
