Nancy’s real estate career began in 1992 when she purchased her first property in Santa Barbara, which she transformed to match her vision and then sold it to someone who loved it just as much as she did. After moving to the area, she met her husband Michael, a Santa Barbara native, while playing volleyball on East Beach. After they married, they started a family that includes their three daughters, Austin, Jordan, and Madison. While raising her daughters, Nancy was active in the PTA and coached her daughters’ basketball and soccer teams while remaining in the top 1% of Santa Barbara real estate agents every year. She attributes her success to her family’s support as well as her vision, discipline, and enthusiasm.
