Born and raised in Southern California, Michael Calcagno developed an early and lasting connection to Santa Barbara during the summers he spent here as a child. That connection ultimately led him to attend both the University of California, Santa Barbara and Brooks Institute, and to build a career representing some of the region’s most sought-after properties across Montecito and Santa Barbara.

Since beginning his real estate career in 2004, Michael has consistently ranked among the top producers in the market. Early recognition placed him in the top 1% of agents locally and within his brokerage worldwide, a standard he has sustained throughout his career. Today, as a founding principal partner alongside Nancy Hamilton, he is part of a #1-ranked team, both locally and globally, for well over a decade, now exceeding $200 million in annual sales.
