Originally from the Washington, DC area, Lisa has been a resident of Santa Barbara for over 24 years. She attained her MBA at Pepperdine’s Graziadio School of Business & Management attending classes at night as she launched an executive relocation company, Considerate Done during the day. Partnering with local companies such as Sonos, ProCore, County of Santa Barbara and the Music Academy of the West; she realized her passion to connect newcomers to the area. It was a natural progression to further her skill set and become a Realtor®.

As an enthusiast of Santa Barbara, Lisa is committed to giving back. Over 10 years ago, she started a non-profit with 5 community leaders called Gals Give Back which donates 100% of funds each year to a local area recipient. She serves as a Board member of The Women’s Auxiliary for the Music Academy of the West and is Co-Chair of the Ways and Means committee. She is a parent volunteer at both Washington Elementary and Santa Barbara Junior High School. She is a member of the Santa Barbara Yacht Club. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, playing pickleball, and walking her two dogs.
