Originally from the Washington, DC area, Lisa has been a resident of Santa Barbara for over 24 years. She attained her MBA at Pepperdine’s Graziadio School of Business & Management attending classes at night as she launched an executive relocation company, Considerate Done during the day. Partnering with local companies such as Sonos, ProCore, County of Santa Barbara and the Music Academy of the West; she realized her passion to connect newcomers to the area. It was a natural progression to further her skill set and become a Realtor®.
As a Realtor®, Lisa has built her business around two core principles: consistent, honest communications, and exceptional market knowledge. From the beginning, she strives to communicate on a higher level – keeping everyone comfortable and well informed. Lisa leverages her deep market knowledge and local area expertise to help clients make informed decisions – delivering the best outcomes.
For sellers, Lisa is connected to top resources and can guide clients through the entire selling process, from start to finish. It’s her experience in marketing that leads to creating a buzz and ultimately selling at top dollar. For buyers, it's Lisa’s off-market property knowledge and savvy negotiation skills that guides them to fulfilling their property goals.
Overall, at the heart of Lisa’s business are people and connections. She is 100% committed to creating an exceptional experience while delivering the results her clients expect and deserve. In turn, many clients become friends, refer their friends, and continue to work with her throughout all their real estate transactions. It’s the trust and support of her clients as well as her reputation in the industry that leads to her success.
As an enthusiast of Santa Barbara, Lisa is committed to giving back. Over 10 years ago, she started a non-profit with 5 community leaders called Gals Give Back which donates 100% of funds each year to a local area recipient. She serves as a Board member of The Women’s Auxiliary for the Music Academy of the West and is Co-Chair of the Ways and Means committee. She is a parent volunteer at both Washington Elementary and Santa Barbara Junior High School. She is a member of the Santa Barbara Yacht Club. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, playing pickleball, and walking her two dogs.
