Cammie Calcagno-Newell

Originally from Brentwood in Los Angeles, Cammie has been a resident of the Santa Barbara area for over 33 years. Prior to obtaining her B.A. from the University of California Santa Barbara, she attended the Brooks Institute of Photography. Her passion for photography and business led her to launch one of North America’s largest independent photo licensing agencies which she ran for 20 years prior to entering into real estate. Cammie understands every aspect of operating a business and utilizes these skills in her real estate from sales and finances to identifying relevant marketing strategies, and client relationships.

One of Cammie’s favorite things about real estate is the long-lasting relationships she has built over the years and the new clients she gets to meet. She has a contagious enthusiasm for the city and the surrounding communities.
